Peloke's® Motel

Overall we had a good experience at this motel. The front desk man was incredibly nice and since we were performing in town that night (at The Avalon Lounge for Hororteria), he gave us an extra hour in the morning to check out free of charge! The rates online seemed a bit pricey to me, so I called the main office and spoke to an employee and got a much better price that way!! The room itself was not bad. It's a small motel in the middle of nowhere, so of course we were not expecting anything five-star, LOL. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, The blankets were warm. The room was relatively clean although the bathroom sink could have been wiped down better. But I do have to say this motel was far better than many others we have stayed at while on tour with our band. Overall we had a good experience and would stay there again.

Very kind owners /managers took great care of me. Room was clean and basic. Its an old motel that has not been updated, but it’s safe with window A/C. Good location to go to Hudson over the bridge.

A great place to stay. Rooms are neat and homey, a very comfortable good night's sleep. Rooms are also very clean, and very reasonably priced. The manager is available 24 hours a day, and is kind and courteous. Best motel in Catskill, highly recommend!! This is my second stay at peloke's, my first was in 2020, my second just recently. What a difference, like night and day, now that peloke's is Under New Management. To the manager of peloke's, great job, keep up the good work!!

The motel was completely fine for a quick stop / 1-2 night stay. The prices were fair and the room was pretty clean for the most part. The door frames could use a paint job or a deep clean and some updating could be done to the exterior. The owner was also extremely welcoming and kind.

Simple motel. Had a good time with my fiance. Has a fridge, cable, loved the zebra print carpet. There were no bed bugs like some other review mentioned. After reading that I was very nervous about our stay but I checked and there were no bugs. It was very clean. I even showered without any issues. My fiance said the owner was very kind and courteous. We didnt ask for the wifi password but overall enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

Me and some buddies had an extended stay here. Neel and his family were extremely friendly to us. He would greet us at night and would help us feel at home. The price was also fair for the 2 weeks we stayed. I would definitely recommend. He also fed us some bomb curry!

Mostly as expected for the price. Clean and came with a fridge and microwave. Water pressure was good. Two complaints were... There was no fitted sheet and the flat sheet being used wasn't tucked in well, so it came off when pulling back the bedspreads. And the instructions for the wifi were not provided in the room so we had to go back to the office to ask. Then, alas, it was a pretty terrible connection. The staff were kind and the TV had cable, so it worked well for our one night. Our room even had a little alcove that was perfect for our son's packnplay.

So after reading all the bad reviews I was a bit discouraged have had bad experiences in the past but let me tell you the manager he was not rude at all he even let us check the room over and inspect for bedbugs before handing him an ID and any type of money he handed us a key and said go right ahead for 108$ total o incidental fees you can not beat that price & the place is fairly clean I have been to name brand motel like red roof etc and they have been absolutely filthy for 200$ this is 108$ and it’s not eatcoff the floor clean but it’s 108$ motel clean if u get what I’m saying the people on here writing bad reviews are way to bougie And obviously don’t know the difference between booking a hotel and a motel And expect way too much for $108 On a scale 1-10 I’d give this place an overall 8 price is great man at the desk who gives a shit if his English ain’t good that was a bad review like please not everyone’s first language like come on it’s 2026 the place could have been cleaned better but definitely not the worst place. Very accommodating pics are accurate to description . Will stay here again prob every time I work up here tbh every other place in the areas kinda dirty or over priced 100% honest review.
